Bartle Hall is a renowned 18th century countryside estate set in the Lancashire countryside, complete with a luxury rustic coaching barn that makes it a beautiful wedding venue. Couples can choose from a variety of settings across the estate to create a wedding day that feels entirely their own.
I usually photograph full day weddings at Bartle Hall, starting with the morning preparations and staying right through until late. As your wedding photographer, I’ll be there to capture all the special moments you don’t get to see while you’re busy enjoying your day.

Portrait 1
In a hidden spot just behind the Coaching Barn, there’s a small opening in the corner of the lawn through a gate. If you’re up for something a bit different, this spot is perfect, with natural light shining down through the trees.
Portrait 2
The Country House is the perfect backdrop, with its well-maintained gardens and woodlands creating lovely portrait opportunities. Holding hands and taking a walk across the lawn can provide stunning images, especially in the evening when the sun is setting just behind the manor house.
Portrait 3
A walk around the grounds of Bartle Hall is a wonderful way to take a moment for yourselves and soak it all in. It’s also a perfect opportunity for me to capture some candid shots of you both, enjoying a quiet moment together as you stroll through the private gardens and woodland.
Portrait 4
Nestled within the woodland, I like to take you among the trees. This area is typically well maintained, helping to keep your wedding dress dry and clean. Surrounded by leaves and trees, it truly is a stunning location.

There’s always time to have some fun with your bridesmaids! One photo I love to capture is when the bridesmaids lift the groom. It always ends up in bursts of laughter.
How will we receive our photos?
Your images will be delivered through an online secure gallery, enabling you to share them with friends and family without any watermarks. There is no limit to the number of high-resolution images you can download. Furthermore, the gallery offers the option to order prints directly from the platform.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I highly recommend ordering prints through a professional photography lab. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I’m happy to point you in the right direction if this is something you want.
Do you bring a second photographer?
Whether you choose to hire a second photographer is a personal decision. I frequently photograph weddings solo, and I am confident in my ability to capture the majority of typical wedding days on my own. However, there are certainly advantages to having two photographers.
How do I secure a date?
A £100 booking fee & signed contract is required in order to secure your wedding in the calendar. The remainder of your balance is due 1 month before your Wedding!
When can we expect our photos to be ready?
Photos are normally delivered within 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year! In summer it may take slightly longer but you won’t be waiting long! 10 preview photos are sent to you a few days after your Wedding Day!
