Winter Wedding Photography at Bartle Hall
I do love a winter wedding at bartle hall in November feels so relaxed and intimate. The light is always soft giving such a magical feel to the venue. This wedding in November 2025 just shows how good this venue works at this time of year.
The day started with great energy. The bride was smiling from the moment I arrived. She was easygoing, chatty, and clearly excited for her big day. Her mood set the tone for the day and made photographing the morning feel so easy every time I pointed the camera over her way she had the biggest smile on her face.
The groom spent the morning with his closest friends and family. He wore a classic black suit, looking really sharp and looked completely at ease. There was plenty of laughter in the room and a few drinks to settle the nerves he was enjoying every minute.
Wedding Ceremony at Bartle Hall
The ceremony took place inside the country house at Bartle Hall. There was lots of smiles and a few emotional moments.
I kept things simple and unobtrusive staying in the background, letting moments unfold without interruption.
Confetti Photos and Group Portraits Outside
After the ceremony, everyone headed outside for confetti photos on the lawn. It was cold, but no one complained. Guests stayed wrapped up and committed. Confetti filled the air and we got some strong images with Bartle Hall in the background.
We used the same area for family photos and couple portraits. The light stayed soft and flattering, which worked perfectly for relaxed portraits without rushing anyone.
Wedding Breakfast and Live Entertainment
The wedding breakfast turned into one of the highlights of the day. Paul Guard performed live while guests ate. The room quickly filled with energy. People were on their feet, swinging napkins and weaving through tables in a conga.
These moments felt spontaneous and fun, which always translates well into photos.
I worked alongside a videographer called James Chumley throughout the day. He was easy to work with and well organised. We stayed out of each other’s way and overall just got on like a house on fire I can’t recommend this guy enough to my couples
First Dance and Evening Celebrations
The first dance instantly got everyone dancing after a few minutes dancing together they pulled out two massive cut outs of the couple’s pet cats joined them on the dance floor, which summed up their sense of humour.
Champagne Spray Outside Bartle Hall
Later in the day, guests gathered outside for a champagne spray. Bottles popped and champagne went everywhere literally. The couple were soaked along with plenty of guests. Laughter followed straight after. These photos were just a great way to end the gallery
This was my last wedding of 2025, and I can honestly say what a wedding to end it on and I can’t wait to kick things of again in the new year and return back to Bartle Hall
